What's Included In a Standard Cleaning?

Dust all surfaces in all rooms, including ceiling fans
Take all trash to outside trash cans and replace all trash can liners
Clean all countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room
Clean sinks, microwave, and stovetop in the kitchen
Polish hard surfaces in the living room, family room, and bedrooms
Sweep and mop all hard floor areas
Vacuum all carpeted areas and large rugs
Clean all large mirrors in all bathrooms
Scrub all tubs, showers, and toilets in all bathrooms

We will provide all cleaning supplies.

All quotes are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage of the home, and any additional add-ons. All services are provided on an hourly rate basis. Any additional requests will affect your final invoice.

Add On Items:

Make beds (fresh linens to be left on the corner of the bed to be made)
Wipe down cabinets (inside on move out cleanings when empty)
Wet wipe baseboards
Wet wipe ceiling fans
Clean front and back of doors
Wet wipe stair-casing or banister
Wet wipe blinds or shutters
Clean inside of the fridge
Clean inside of the oven
Clean custom-built shower glass or walls
Recurring shower treatment
Wash all window interiors and sills
Wash all interior and outside windows and screens
Pressure wash front walkway, porch, driveway, garage floor, and back patio
